unopened and unused to qualify for a refund

(2) All vintage , antique, or resale items must be returned in the same condition as it was at time of shipping.
Shipping is non-refundable on returns. All returns have to be approved by me first. If black light mark is not there on glass when sent back there will be no refund. You pay for shipping back, and have it insured. (If not it's your risk)

These are vintage and antique pieces, and therefore cannot be expected to be perfect "brand new" pieces unless so stated in the listing. Part of the charm of these items are their evidence of age, history, and patina. We provide a good quantity of photos. If you need additional photos please contact us before purchase. Please ask questions before bidding. All items are sold in "AS IS"

FREIGHT LIABILITY

Once the item leaves our location, we are not responsible for any damage incurred. You will be responsible for any claims for damage with the carrier directly. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. All claims must be reported to the carrier and to ourselves no later than 24 hours after delivery of the item. Failure to do so will void any insurance on your behalf.
ITEM DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Before filing a claim with any sales channel. You agree to cooperate fully to obtain the insurance pay out including providing photos of the box and contents for the claim. Do not throw out the box. Upon notification of insurance claim (which is just a few days normally) granted we will issue a full refund to your payment processor (or send a replacement if in stock). All damage items claims with Fedex, UPS, USPS will require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review

As with a lot of old depression glass there is imperfections and areas of discoloration, areas of tiny missing paint, straw marks. Some may have unpainted bottoms or insides.
Burgundy cream and sugar very good
Most of my items are breakables and are professionally packed and if needed double boxed. I use Fedex and USPS depending on zip code , weight, and size. Shipping is Mon. thru Thursday for breakables. Local P.O is closed Sat.  Shipping fast is my priority but sometimes slower shipping is needed for East,West South and Northern coasts to keep shipping costs low.
All my items come from auction estate sales and may be smoking or non-smoking. My packing material is foam, bubble wrap, paper and comes from factories or given to me which may have odor's.
