This is a Newport pattern or "Hairpin" Dessert  plate in Cobalt Blue by the Hazel Atlas Glass company, which was only made from 1936-1940. These are highly collectible!

Size: 10 ¼” Across, and 3 7/8” Tall

:  Great Condition, No chips or cracks
It has the plastic ladle/spoon the  came with it, it is
similar
but not a perfect match
