The shock mount is connected to the boom pole with universal 5/8 inch threads.
Our 8 ft Boom pole & shock mount come with a unique feature which differentiates it from conventional straight poles... the quick-interlocking articulating joint. The articulating joint allows you to bend and adjust the position of the boom pole, which ensures that it is hidden in the final shot and out of view of the camera.
