1930's Indiana Glass Art Deco "Moderne Classic" white and orange footed cake plate with red tulip decals
Plate is 11 3/4" in diameter and 1 3/4" tall
No chips or cracks
There are some scratches in the bowl and anomalies in the undercoating(see photos)
There is a small area of wear/roughness/chipping(see last photo)
